6. KYC & Verification

Certain transactions may require identity verification, such as BVN, NIN, or other approved documents. By submitting information for verification, you authorize FranceVerified to process and validate your data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we detect fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

FranceVerified will not be held liable for losses resulting from failed transactions caused by user error, insufficient funds, inaccurate details, or third-party provider downtime. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in dispute.
