Important Information Regarding Account Deletion

At FranceVerified, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. Before proceeding with your account deletion request, please review the following:

Data That Will Be Deleted

Your profile information (name, avatar, address).
Login credentials, passwords, and active sessions.
Saved preferences, push notification tokens, and linked devices.
API credentials and developer keys.

Legally Retained Data

Completed financial transaction records (VTU purchases, deposits) required for legal, tax, and regulatory compliance under Nigerian law.
Audit logs retained securely for fraud prevention for the statutory required retention period.

Wallet Balance: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Please ensure all wallet funds are withdrawn or utilized prior to submitting this request.
