URGENT NOTICE : To All JAMB 2026 Candidates Worried About

“O’Level details not found”

on CAPS.

It has been known that this is causing panic right now among students, but please breathe.

You are NOT alone.

JAMB CAPS NETWORK DOWNTIME:

Please be informed that the JAMB CAPS portal is currently experiencing a temporary network issue in the section responsible for displaying O’Level results. As a result, O’Level result uploads have been temporarily suspended until further notice.

Some candidates have also noticed that previously uploaded O’Level results are no longer showing on their CAPS portal.

This mainly affects candidates who uploaded during initial JAMB registration and is a general technical issue nationwide.

JAMB CAPS is slow to sync, not broken.

That “O’Level details not found!” message appears for almost everyone after uploading at a CBT centre.

The second line “O'level updated to CAPS successfully!” means JAMB already received it.

The CAPS front-end just hasn’t pulled the data yet.

JAMB knows this.

Don’t panic or re-upload 2 times. Once you see

“O'level updated to CAPS successfully!” at the CBT centre, your job is done.

Keep refreshing CAPS every 2-3 days. Click the Refresh button on the O’Level page like the notice says.

It will show up.

Your admission won’t be blocked because CAPS is slow.

Schools can see uploaded O’Level on the JAMB backend even when CAPS hasn’t reflected it.

You don’t need to pay again or visit another CBT centre unless JAMB itself says so.

This does NOT mean you failed or were disqualified.

It’s a technical delay, not an academic one.
